SabziSetu is operated by Adri IT Solutions. Any reference to "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refers to Adri IT Solutions.
SabziSetu is a WhatsApp-based vegetable demand forecasting platform that connects households with local vegetable vendors. Households communicate their daily vegetable requirements via WhatsApp, and the platform aggregates this demand into forecasts that vendors use to plan their supply and deliveries to registered societies.
To use SabziSetu, you must have a valid WhatsApp number and be a resident of a society that is registered on our platform. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your name, phone number, society, and city. Each phone number may only be associated with one account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The service is intended solely for communicating genuine vegetable demand. You agree not to send spam, abusive messages, or otherwise misuse the WhatsApp channel provided by SabziSetu. Any use of the platform for purposes other than its intended function is strictly prohibited.
SabziSetu facilitates demand aggregation and forecasting. The actual delivery of vegetables depends on vendor availability, supply conditions, and other factors outside our control. SabziSetu is not liable for any delivery failures, delays, or the quality of vegetables supplied by vendors.
The SabziSetu brand, logo, platform design, and all associated intellectual property are the property of Adri IT Solutions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent.
We collect and process personal information necessary to operate the service, including your name, phone number, society, and vegetable demand data. For full details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Adri IT Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of SabziSetu after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service for other users. You may stop using the service at any time.
SabziSetu is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adri IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of SabziSetu shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
